Free mobile game
Privacy policy
Effective August 13, 2026
This policy explains what information our free game may collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to this policy.
Who we are
This privacy policy applies to our free mobile game (the “Game”) and related in-app services. It is provided by Bytesizetech, located at 1305 Roller Rd, Ocean, NJ 07712 (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
This page is only for the Game. It does not describe how Bytesizetech handles collection accounts. That is covered separately in the Bytesizetech privacy policy.
The Game is free
The Game is offered at no charge. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to pay to download or play.
If we later add optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, or a guest-to-account login, we will update this policy before those features collect additional personal information.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run, improve, and keep the Game stable. Depending on your device, store, and settings, that may include:
- Device and app data. Device type, operating system version, language, time zone, app version, and crash or performance logs.
- Gameplay data. Progress, scores, settings, session length, and similar play statistics stored on your device and, if analytics are enabled, in aggregate form on our servers or those of our analytics provider.
- Identifiers. A random install or instance ID used to remember settings. If advertising is shown, Apple, Google, or the ad network may use an advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID) subject to your device permission and privacy settings.
- Information you send us. If you email support or otherwise contact us, we receive the content of that message and the address you use to send it.
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment card details to play. We do not collect Social Security numbers or government ID.
How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and update the Game
- Fix bugs, crashes, and compatibility issues
- Understand which features are used so we can improve gameplay
- Measure installs and, if ads are shown, deliver and measure advertising
- Respond if you contact us
- Comply with law and enforce our terms
We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising
Because the Game is free, we may show third-party advertisements (for example banners, interstitials, or rewarded video). Ad partners may collect device and advertising identifiers, coarse location derived from IP address, and interaction data (such as whether an ad was shown or tapped) to serve and measure ads.
On iOS, tracking for advertising occurs only if you grant permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can also limit ad tracking in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads, or the equivalent on your device).
Analytics and crash reporting
We may use industry-standard analytics and crash tools (for example store analytics, or similar services) to learn how the Game is performing. These tools typically receive device and usage data, not your name. Providers process that data under their own privacy policies.
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed:
- Apple App Store and Google Play, which process downloads and store accounts
- Advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting vendors that help us run the Game
- Service providers who host infrastructure, under contracts that limit how they use the data
- Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect the Game, our users, or our rights
We do not share information with data brokers for their independent marketing.
Children
The Game is intended for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
Parents and guardians can use device-level parental controls and, where available, store family settings to restrict downloads, purchases, and tracking.
Your choices
- Uninstall the Game to stop further collection from that installation.
- Reset or limit your advertising identifier in device settings.
- On iOS, decline tracking when prompted, or change the permission later in Settings.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by writing to us. We may need enough detail to find the relevant records (for example the platform and approximate install date). Some data lives only on your device and is removed when you delete the app.
Residents of certain places (including California and the European Economic Area / United Kingdom) may have additional rights to know, delete, correct, or object to certain processing, and to appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Because we do not sell personal information, there is no “Do Not Sell” opt-out for the Game beyond the advertising and tracking controls above.
How long we keep information
Gameplay stored only on your device remains until you delete the app or clear its data. Analytics and crash data are kept only as long as needed to operate and improve the Game, then deleted or aggregated. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable follow-up period.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No mobile app is completely secure. Servers and vendors may process data in the United States or other countries. If you play from outside the United States, you understand that information may be transferred to the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes that expand collection will be reflected here before they take effect in the app.
Contact
Privacy questions about the Game can be sent through our contact form. Please mention the Game in your message so we can route it correctly.
This policy is provided for the free Game hosted at this URL so app stores and players can review it. It is not legal advice. If the Game’s name, ads, analytics, or age rating change, update this page to match the live app.
