Pricing
No placement fees, no monthly minimums, no charge for accounts that never pay. We are paid a percentage of what we actually recover, and that percentage depends on how far the account had to travel.

A worked example
You place a $2,500.00 balance. The debtor pays in full after the third notice, so the stage-3 rate of 25% applies.
- Collected
- $2,500.00
- Contingency fee (25%)
- $625.00
- Remitted to you
- $1,875.00
Had the same debtor paid after the first notice, the fee would have been only $375.00 — which is why placing early pays.
Do partial payments get charged differently?
Each payment is charged at the tier in force when it arrives, and the tier applied is stored permanently on that payment so your statements always reconcile.
What if nothing is recovered?
You pay nothing. There is no placement fee and no charge for accounts that close uncollected.
Can rates be negotiated for large portfolios?
Yes. Administrators can set a per-creditor override on any tier, and your negotiated schedule is shown in your company settings.
